Job Title: Medical Contact Center Assistant I

This is a role where you will act as a trusted advisor for customers seeking clarity on medication side effects. You will guide them through consultative conversations using your medical knowledge to ask the right questions and provide clear guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will respond to medical queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries via phone or email.
  • You will record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines.
  • You will perform activities including tracking metrics, quality control, training, and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience (or 1 year safety experience) is required.
  • An Associate degree with 2-3 years relevant experience (or 1 year safety experience), or a Bachelor's/ Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and high accuracy with attention to detail are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
  • The work environment is office based or remote work.
