Job Description

As an AI Automation Engineer at Workstreet, you will be instrumental in transforming manual services into efficient, agent-driven workflows. Your focus will be on leveraging signals to drive business outcomes, rather than relying on traditional slide decks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CTO to prioritize and define success metrics for your projects.
  • Develop and integrate AI-first utilities into our existing products, measuring their impact on business performance.
  • Debug front-end, back-end, and infrastructure issues caused by misbehaving agents.
  • Ensure the secure handling of sensitive data, with zero tolerance for security regressions.
  • Stay up-to-date with bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs, tracking and testing their effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience building and shipping software as a service (SaaS) products.
  • Production experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Able to rapidly prototype features, delivering measurable results within hours rather than days.
  • Previous automation work that has delivered tangible business value.
  • A strong security mindset, with experience handling sensitive data.
  • Self-directed and relentless in pursuit of knowledge, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
