Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, accounts payable/receivable.
  • Organize digital copies of invoices and receipts using cloud-based systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock received and dispatched, flag discrepancies.
  • Support the monthly closing of books, including reconciliations and ledger reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain basic financial reports in Excel.
  • Update inventory databases and record sales transactions as needed.
  • Cover all compliance tasks, such as policy acknowledgment tracking and onboarding checklists.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce operations and wine inventory management platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
