Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead complex tax work, mentor junior staff, and grow into a leadership position over time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently preparing a wide variety of returns (individual, business, trust, non-profit), reviewing junior staff's work and providing constructive feedback before partner sign-off, and communicating with clients professionally via email regarding documentation and questions.

Requirements
  • Strong experience preparing multiple types of tax returns independently - 1040, strong QuickBooks experience
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Exceptional written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and career-driven—interested in long-term growth
  • Comfortable with digital tools and modern workflow systems
  • Familiarity with ProSeries or similar tax software (a plus)
  • Ready to work extended hours during busy season
  • Leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
