About the Role

Medical Knowledge Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex question-answer pairs and creating scoring criteria to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:

  • Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
  • Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers
  • Correcting the AI's responses based on domain-specific knowledge

To excel in this position, you should have a Master's degree in medicine or a related field, along with advanced education and clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions. Proficiency in English (C1 level or above) is also required.
