We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our team at RecruiterPH. As an SAP SF implementation specialist, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining SAP SF modules, managing employee data, and supporting workforce planning and analytics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SAP SF modules to meet business requirements.
  • Manage employee data, including accurate employee records and life cycle processes.
  • Develop and implement talent management processes to drive business growth.
  • Support workforce planning and analytics processes to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SF solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP SF consulting with EC & ECP expertise.
  • Proven track record in End-to-End Implementation projects as an independent consultant.
  • Experience working with customers, preferably deployed at customer locations.
  • Familiarity with related modules like PM/GM, LMS, RCM is an added advantage.
  • Strong academics and job stability are essential prerequisites.
