The Operational Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and improvement. This position involves turning complexity into clarity, building scalable processes, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Identify, assess, optimize, and document core business processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
- Culture of Continuous Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation to promote ongoing learning and optimization.
- Operational Frameworks: Design and implement structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Ensure processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements and support informed decision-making.
- Change and Project Management: Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc.
