Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Operations Director to join our team at Sunnies Inc. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales, competitor, customer, and market data.
  • Develop strategies to achieve the company's sales and inventory goals.
  • Identify gaps in the assortment and provide directions for product development.
  • Rationalize the assortment of assigned brands and streamline it per store to suit each store's profile.
  • Manage and monitor internal and external product database documentation.
  • Review and analyze the impact of planograms on sales and inventory.
  • Develop strategic planograms aligned with sales, inventory, brand, and customer goals.
  • Review and analyze product position, competitor pricing, and market expectations.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve the company's sales and margin goals.
  • Develop strategic promotion strategies aligned with the company's sales, inventory, and margin goals.
  • Keep inventory levels at high efficiency and healthy levels, stock movement strategies, and designated merchandising programs in line with the overall merchandise portfolio.
  • Oversee merchandisers in managing stock position, including reorders, sales analysis, depletion of old, discontinued, and slow-moving items.
  • Lead the Merchandising team and oversee all Merchandising tasks.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
5+ years of experience in merchandising.
