Travel and Logistics

The Travel and Transportation Planner is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our employees and guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and execute daily travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and arrange transportation.
  • Logistics Management: Monitor vehicle maintenance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage travel expenses.
  • Communication: Liaise with team members, drivers, and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Professional driver's license.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, persistent and positive attitude, highly organized and analytical.
