Job Title: Software Engineering LeaderWe are seeking a highly skilled software engineering leader to join our team.   • Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop new technical initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development of our company's overall technical strategy and roadmap.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
