Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire treasury and accounts payable function, ensuring efficient operations and effective management of cash flows.
  • Develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage the entire accounts payable process, from invoice verification to payment execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, staff, and stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries related to payments and claims.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation and postings of BAML corporate card transactions and perform Accounts Payable reconciliations in Trintech on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide support to the finance team during audits and other financial reviews.
