Key Role:

This position involves overseeing our entire product line from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing suppliers, providing technical support, and making purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Act as the internal authority on all products, handling internal queries, supporting complex RFQs, training teams, and creating resources.
  • Catalog Management: Ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation across product listings, monitor performance, returns, and customer feedback, identify gaps, and lead the addition of new products.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review and manage CAD files, certifications, and compliance documents, ensuring product specs, listings, and supporting materials are always current and easy to understand.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations.
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets.
  • Comfortable speaking with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about being deeply involved in product development and support.
