Job Description

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining and improving software applications as a member of an Agile team.

You will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders in an Agile environment, and work closely with other teams to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Additionally, you will have the chance to refactor existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability, conduct Proof of Technology to innovate and incorporate new technology, and work closely with engineers to establish best practices for development, testing, and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Refactor existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability
  • Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies
  • Conduct a Proof of Technology to innovate and incorporate new technology
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
  • Work closely with other teams to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs
  • Establish best practices for development, testing, and delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
  • Clear insight of software development best practices, coding, design guidelines
  • Expertise in core concepts including objects, fields, relationships, record types, etc.
  • Expertise in declarative features: workflow, process builder, approval process, validation rules etc.
  • Expertise in programming languages, including classes, triggers and controllers.
  • Experience in integrating systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team
  • Proficiency in version control systems
