**Data Analyst Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our Sales Operations team. This role will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, optimize inventory levels, and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels. Identify trends in historical sales, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver reporting packages to stakeholders and build new reports and data solutions to support evolving business needs.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations: Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external development teams. Ensure APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed. Query, audit, and optimize ERP integrations to minimize manual processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets. Explore and apply AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, business intelligence tools, and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience working with ERP systems and proven ability to manage integrations and API connections.
  • Ambition and Expertise: Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
