The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire the best candidates for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives
• Source, screen, and interview top talent from a variety of channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
• Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
