Job Title

This is a remote position where you will develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will collaborate with product and design teams to build high-quality user interfaces and APIs. This role requires participation in agile sprints, code reviews, and testing.

As a Japanese-speaking developer, you must have proficiency in written, spoken, and listening skills. Solid experience with the MERN stack and ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code are also necessary. Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams is beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Git and development best practices. Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and efficiency is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with Python, especially FastAPI for backend or service integration, is a plus.
