Key Responsibilities- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit investigations to verify borrower information, employment history, financial status, and credit history.
- Red Flag Identification: Identify and analyze potential red flags, inconsistencies, and fraud indicators in loan applications.
- Site Visits and Interviews: Conduct site visits and interviews as needed to validate information and ensure accuracy.
- Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive credit investigation reports providing clear recommendations regarding loan applications.
- Error Minimization: Maintain a high level of accuracy in credit investigations, minimizing errors and ensuring sound lending decisions.
- Education: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), K-12 Graduate, open to fresh graduates.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Credit Investigator, preferably in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Credit Analysis Skills: Strong understanding of credit analysis principles, financial statements, and credit reporting systems.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, research, and investigative skills.
