Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Equipment Support Specialist Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and experience as a team lead in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our medical equipment support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer complaints and technical issues related to medical equipment.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or life sciences courses.
  • More than 4 years of experience as a team lead in a BPO environment.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, specifically insurance claims processing and US benefits administration.
  • Complaints handling experience in medical technology-related concerns.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR, and EUMDR regulations.
