Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer extensions.
  • Create and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, and bonus schemes.
  • Lead performance management processes, setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and developing improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, including employee files, payroll records, and benefit enrollments.
  • Analyze HR metrics, preparing reports and insights for management on turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement scores.
  • Stay abreast of changes in HR laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and software.
