Job Title: Sales Head


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Mentor and train the sales team to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company's market share.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and adjust strategies to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and strategic partnerships.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales department.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
