Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success. You'll guide families through the discovery process and convert qualified leads into successful service engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee student-instructor matching, reviewing intake insights, evaluating instructor fit, coordinating assignments, and tracking key service metrics.
  • Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward appropriate educational services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage, using CRM tools to track lead progress.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene by updating lead statuses and notes, tracking lead progress, intake milestones, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
