Product Development Opportunity

The role of a Product Developer is vital to the product development process. This individual will be responsible for transforming initial concepts into viable commercial products, working across multiple functions to identify development needs within existing product ranges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the PD Lead to identify development needs and build a strong product pipeline.
  • Conducting market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas with a customer-centric approach.
  • Researching, identifying, and evaluating suppliers to ensure compliance, quality, and specification standards are met.
  • Communicating requirements to stakeholders and managing project timelines to ensure successful launches.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in product development, ideally in the baby, kids or toys categories, with end-to-end experience from ideation to mass production.

Additional qualifications include:

  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
