Job Description

As a CXRO Specialist at Maynilad Water Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of water services to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and investigating top accounts with unusual consumption patterns, recommending necessary course of action, and conducting field investigations to deactivate or reactivate accounts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor first billing of newly installed accounts
  • Investigate top accounts and recommend necessary course of action
  • Market water services to unserved customers
  • Conduct field investigations for account reactivation and deactivation
  • Recommend rate classification of accounts

You will work closely with local government units and non-government organizations to build harmonious relationships and ensure compliance with company standards and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
