About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Solutions Architect Cadet Java Developer who will be responsible for defining and maintaining development practices and standards. This individual will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business owners to review, evaluate, and document current business and data models.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Java Spring boot development, with expertise in handling projects from scratch. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon AWS is also a plus. The ability to develop and implement an enterprise-wide agile framework and work with data modeling and architecture is highly valued.

This role requires the successful candidate to be amenable to a 2-year contract bond in exchange for training and certifications as a Certified Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain development practices and standards that enable high-quality product delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures.

  • Evaluate tools and technologies to improve platform and operational efficiency, productivity, and overall quality.

  • Develop training programs to educate teams on building high-performance distributed services.

  • Work with engineering leads to design and implement efficient system architectures.

  • Craft quality technical solutions by collaborating with other team members.

  • Participate in designing the architectural blueprint with enterprise architects.
