Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Junior Branding Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing brand identities that resonate with our audience and uphold our company's values and vision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements
  • Create comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across various platforms and materials
  • Conduct research to stay abreast of market trends and understand the target audience for effective branding strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding across all materials and channels
  • Create compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Stay updated with the latest branding trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Assist in strategizing branding efforts to effectively represent the company's values and goals
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Informational Design, or a related field from reputable institutions or equivalent experience
  • Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding. Prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
    • Skilled in using Canva and other design tools
    • Knowledge of Brand Identity and Graphic Design principles
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition are essential
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and e-commerce brand design
  • Detail-oriented: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output
