Bridge Design Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bridge design, including cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop bridge design concepts and preliminary designs that ensure aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align designs with technical and site-specific requirements.
  • Produce design development documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  • Provide expert design insights and solutions for a variety of bridge types.
  • Cultivate relationships with external firms during the transition from design development to construction documentation phases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex/unique bridge designs.
  • Proven track record of working on cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridge projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sofistik.
  • Strong understanding of design development processes and technical detailing for bridges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, and external partners.
  • A portfolio showcasing conceptual and design development work on bridge projects is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams.
