Job Summary:

- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, including co-pays, deductibles, and network status">
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update patient records accurately in our electronic health record system">
- Portal Assistance: Assist with patient portal setup and troubleshooting">
- Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care delivery">
- Test Result Communication: Respond to patient inquiries regarding test results, referrals, and follow-up instructions in alignment with practice policies">
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in family medicine or internal medicine">
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, including scheduling, documentation, and patient communication features">
- Strong knowledge of primary care visit types, referral processes, and insurance requirements">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment">
