Content Strategist Opportunity

Cellexia is looking for a skilled Content Strategist to create and execute compelling content strategies for Instagram and other platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media content calendars that align with monthly campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to create high-quality visuals and content
  • Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators in the beauty industry
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance using analytics tools
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions to foster brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is a major plus
