Equities and Fixed Income Trading Specialist

As a key member of the Middle Office and Settlements team, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. Your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services.
You will leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform. Your decisions will contribute to short-term team and department goals, and you will guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.
- Support daily trading operations by ensuring timely execution and accuracy of trades.
- Monitor and reconcile trading accounts, driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, maintaining knowledge of market trends and trading regulations.
- Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Securities trading Middle office/Settlements or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
