Job Overview:
The role of a Civil Infrastructure Developer is pivotal in the delivery of comprehensive engineering solutions for various civil and structural projects. Key responsibilities include project initiation, scope establishment, cost estimation, construction supervision, and implementation within predetermined timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate and plan civil or structural projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to set budgets.
- Conduct thorough hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies for assigned projects.
- Develop project scopes, create concept designs, generate detailed cost estimates, and bill of quantities for client approval.
- Oversee the execution phase of projects, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed within schedule, and adhere to allocated resources.
- Ensure that accurate records, plans, and files are maintained and updated according to established quality management protocols.
- Monitor plant building structures and facilities to ensure optimal reliability, safety, and condition.
- Demonstrate proactive approach towards problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication, both written and oral.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as a Civil Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
