Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop financial management plans to manage costs effectively.
  2. Analyze and manage EPC contract agreements and SLAs to ensure project objectives are met.
  3. Collaborate with the Legal team to mitigate legal risks and escalate issues as needed.
  4. Document and administer project budgets, detailing costs and timing.
  5. Implement efficient contract delivery processes and share best practices across the organization.
  6. Drive procurement processes to secure capable suppliers for project delivery.
  7. Maintain transparent reporting on operational and commercial aspects of EPC contract agreements.
  8. Familiarize yourself with project goals and responsibilities of involved parties during construction phases.
  9. Work with project sponsors, shareholders, and stakeholders for transparency and consistency with committed goals and deliverables.
  10. Manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables towards completion.
  11. Interface with business/functional groups and use soft skills to balance competing goals and achieve consensus.
  12. Interact with project execution teams, O&M teams, stakeholders, and other functional groups impacting project needs.
  13. Regularly report project progress and milestones to management and shareholders.
  14. Develop relationships to support project execution teams in achieving project goals.
  15. Maintain a strong advocacy role within the organization.
  16. Perform other duties as required by the Project Manager.
