We are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to take ownership of our product line, driving its success day-to-day. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to make a real difference in the lives of parents and their babies.

About The Role

This role involves overseeing the health and success of product listings on Amazon, monitoring key metrics, market trends, and customer preferences. You will be responsible for analysing product data, identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and proposing strategies for growth and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse Product Data: Review Amazon ASIN-level data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose strategies for growth and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Listings: Oversee the health and success of product listings on Amazon, monitoring key metrics, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Implement sales-enhancing and cost-reducing strategies, including price optimisation, PPC campaigns, packaging improvements, coupons, customer engagement, and eliminating unprofitable products.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports, working with the finance team to maintain accurate P&Ls for your product portfolio.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of potential issues by understanding the broader ecosystem in which your products compete.
  • Business Transition Management: Lead integration efforts when acquiring new product lines, auditing the acquired business, optimising listings, and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver outstanding customer support for your products.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in product management, marketing, or an analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3 years' e-commerce experience, with a strong focus on the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a knack for engaging content and innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data-driven tools and methodologies.
