This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Talent Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the Business Leader and Consulting Leader on the overall development and implementation of HR programs for Mercer clients, as well as support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver HR projects by assessing client talent management practices and developing strategic plans that address workforce needs, talent acquisition, retention, and development.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, providing customized solutions that meet their specific needs.

  • Conduct assessments of existing talent pools, identifying skill gaps, and recommending strategies for talent development and succession planning.

  • Design and implement programs related to employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning.

  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to provide insights into talent trends, employee performance, and engagement levels, helping clients make informed decisions.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices in talent management and to enhance their internal capabilities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent management to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework)

  • Proven project management skills

  • Advanced skills in Excel

  • Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are both engaging and effectively delivered
