Financial Risk Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial risk analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations (IFRS), and analyzing financial data.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and intermediate skills in quality-checking balance sheet account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks by analyzing financial data, monitoring trends, and implementing control measures.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory accounts within the imposed deadline.
  • Enforce accounting regulations (IFRS) and recommend new procedures to continually improve process efficiency.
  • Compile, review, and analyze financial information for Finance and other business functions.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to improve tax accounting, reporting, and statutory accounting processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including basic taxation principles.
  • High-level knowledge of R2R, P2P, and AR processes.
  • Intermediate skills in quality-checking balance sheet account reconciliations and performing analytical reviews.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
