Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Fiduciary Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team to provide critical support to clients worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing corporate subsidiary governance services to clients worldwide.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle.
  • Performing and/or monitoring statutory filings with local authorities.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Law or last year student.
  • 1+ years of experience in provision corporate services to international clients or 2+ years of experience in corporate law field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
