  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, LSPs, and internal stakeholders.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in order management/fulfillment operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
