Job Title: Senior HR Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Strategist to lead our HR team. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of EMEA labour practices and be able to provide visionary leadership and guidance to the team.

The Senior HR Strategist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, allocating tasks based on team members' strengths and workload, and contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure seamless execution
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of forward-thinking HR strategies
  • Forecast workforce needs and implement targeted plans to address talent gaps
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution effectively
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region
  • Identify training needs, develop bespoke training programs, and support the professional development of HR team members
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the EMEA region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment with minimal supervision
  • In-depth understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the EMEA region
