The Research Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment for research projects in the US market. This includes assisting project managers in ensuring that studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications and coordinating with team members to deliver projects on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for field management, sample strategies, and coordinating with respondents and vendors. They will also assist with setting up studies and other project requirements as needed.

• Execute end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations, and incentive reconciliation.">
• Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.">
• Develop a strong understanding of project recruitment methodologies and coordinate with project assistants to maximize results.">
• Build a sampling plan for allocated projects.">
• Liaise with teams to optimize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.">
• Review projects regularly and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.">
• Provide timely recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.">
• Ensure projects are completed within client-stipulated timelines.">
• Propose alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to reach total sample sizes.">
• Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.">
• Stay up-to-date on M3's sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to ensure optimal use in supporting project deliverability.">
• Address Project Managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.">
• Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.">
• Take notes and fill checklists during key meetings and share them with attendees afterwards.">
• Host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely completion and coordination with direct client and respondent interactions.">
• Monitor and report on custom recruitment performance.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.">
• Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.">
• 0-1 year of market research experience.">
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.">
• Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.">
• Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.">
• Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.">
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.">
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.">
• Basic math skills with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.">
• Interest/natural curiosity or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space.">
• Strong critical thinking skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.">
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study-specific and departmental objectives.">
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.">
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).">
