Your Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
  1. Ensuring day-to-day deliverables are met.
  2. Preparing and submitting checklists to the next level on a daily basis.
  3. Handling resolution of issue highlights issues to supervisors/experts.
  4. Tracking trends within the daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and working along with supervisors to enhance processes/procedures knowledge.
  5. Resolving problems within established guidelines.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess good oral and written communication skills, basic functional/industry knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of MS-Excel. A College or University degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience is required.
