Job Overview

The Cost Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project expenses across various business units.
  • Evaluating the accuracy of recorded costs in relation to project progress.
  • Ensuring correct allocation of costs to different components of integrated/mixed-use developments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Finance or a related field is essential, with an Accountancy background being advantageous.
  • At least three years of experience in accounting or cost accounting, with expertise in cost analysis and budget management.
  • Familiarity with project accounting methodologies and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analytics tools for cost analysis and reporting.
