We are looking for a professional to assist us with coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients.

The role involves communicating UX tasks internally and with clients.

You will convert project conversation/discussion into relevant tasks and keep clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers.

Communicate task schedules and budget to assignees and create and assign ClickUp tasks to team members.

Review that design requirements are met and approved by design lead and coordinate internal and client Figma files, ensuring that approved designs are updated in client files.

Deliver designs to clients via Loom or calls as needed.

Good fit
  • 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • General understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using Figma (managing files, pages, layers, accounts)
  • Proactive in improving existing processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Keen eye for detail

  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience managing or coordinating UI UX projects
