Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our maintenance team as a key member responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing repairs as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in design, wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery.

About the Role:

This position requires strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, as well as pneumatics and electro-pneumatics technology. Relevant experience in VFD, sensor technology, and basic motor control is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of production facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs as needed.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • License as a Registered Master Electrician.
  • Experience with Fuji, Kawashima, Bosch, Wolf, or Packmate packaging machines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices.
