At Bounty Fresh Food, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that drive business growth and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other business units to understand their needs and provide financial insights to support their strategies.

  • Assist the sales team in structuring and negotiating deals to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Develop and support business cases for new initiatives and investments.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor company performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Evaluate commercial and financial compliance in line with company policies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, sales, marketing, and other departments.

  • Manage a team of analysts to achieve the objectives of the group.

  • Support ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis and business partnering.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
