Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Leader to develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will lead the identification, assessment, and management of potential risks, monitor and analyze risk-related information and trends, and report to the Board and relevant committees on risk matters and progress. Additionally, the successful applicant will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding risk management, manage the organization's risk profile and tolerance levels, and work closely with the risk heads of the conglomerate's different business units. Furthermore, the chosen candidate will develop and implement business continuity plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant should have strong Enterprise Risk Leadership skills with a good understanding of both Financial and Non-financial Risks. An interest in Sustainability and Information Security/Cybersecurity is a plus. People Management experience, including effective team leadership and stakeholder management, is also required. COSO and ISO 31000 certification is highly preferred.
