Job Description

The role of a Senior Technical Writer involves creating, optimizing, and maintaining internal and external knowledge base content.

This position requires partnering with cross-functional teams to empower customers through self-service while enabling internal teams to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities include researching, writing, and developing new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement documents.

  • Developing high-quality technical documentation that aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features and translate technical details into clear customer-ready content.
  • Capturing recurring issues, identifying knowledge gaps, and improving internal workflows by working closely with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
