Key Responsibilities- GrabExpress Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for GrabExpress, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and driving initiatives to improve business metrics.
- GrabSupport Projects: Act as the main point of contact for GrabSupport team projects, providing inputs on policies and process improvements, supporting handling of escalations, reviewing metrics and impact, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless support.
- Consumer App Product & Operations: Serve as the main point of contact for new product launches on the Grab Consumer app, coordinating with local and regional teams to manage product rollouts, reviewing product impact, and providing expert guidance on app capabilities and limitations.
