  2. Maintain business structure, positions, and supervisory org units, and cost center hierarchy structure.
  3. Provide mentorship on Workday transactions, business processes, and EIB processes and templates.
  4. Validate and handle requests for data analysis, corrections, and rescinds.
  5. Support Global Rewards and Recognition program through mass upload data validation, compliance checks, and processing.
  6. Solve data and business process flow errors, replicating issues in the test environment and analyzing results.
  7. EIB and integrations regression testing support for biannual Workday Release testing.
  8. Monitor integrations and error support for Workday-Taleo, Workday-Aon, and other connected systems.
  9. Analyze sophisticated system change requests from stakeholders and handle end-to-end system change request process.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Workday HR System experience
  • Case management systems experience (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data manipulation and dataset views
  • Confidentiality and sensitivity in HR data handling
  • Integrity and understanding of standard business conduct and practices
  • Able to handle ambiguity and fluid situations
