Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This candidate must be strong in data visualization, providing excellent service and quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating powerful and visually aesthetic dashboards using Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support interactive Tableau dashboards using various data sources.
  • Recommend dashboard designs based on Tableau visualization features and requirements.
  • Deliver reports to the business team in a timely manner.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with existing teams to complete dashboards.
  • Support the resolution of reporting issues escalated by the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence principles.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience in end-to-end BI project implementation, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Background in software or web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
  • Financial services experience is highly desirable.

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor setup.
