Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing IT operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and access to various applications. This role involves working closely with global teams to facilitate effective collaboration and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staff roles, with a strong background in system administration.
  • Experience in third-party vendor/supplier management and coordination.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Direct experience working with US or EU customers.
  • Proficiency in main Linux OS flavors: Red Hat/CentOS 6, 7, 8; Ubuntu.
  • Windows administration skills, including knowledge of current Windows releases (Windows 7/8/10) and Server versions (2008/2012).
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Networking knowledge, including FortiGate firewall setup, static routing, and DHCP.
