Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client service processes to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents.
  • Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building trust and long-term relationships within the team.
